How to refund money after buying same signal

I used 2 accounts for buying same signal from a signal provider.

Now i want to refund back my money .Is it possible for refund money ?

by intuition, you cannot get refund, as it is your free will, although you claim it is a mistake. But the control is in the manager's hand.
