Joined the account to the server, migration was successful. The Expert Advisor does not open positions. Transfer of old positions to boo has been done correctly. It does not open new positions, how to understand why?

First of all, check the logs of the virtual terminal: Request the log ofthe platform and Expert Advisors.

It is highly recommended not to switch back on automatic trading if you synchronise to shared hosting subscription ON SIGNAL.
