How do I find the vertical timeframe divisions?

Every timeframe has a large "unit" period whose end/beginning is marked by a dotted line on specific milestones:

- from M1 to H4 it's on every 0h00;

- on D1 it's on the end/beginning of every month;

- for W1 and MN, it's on the end/beginning of every year;

I am not happy with the default dotted line and I want to draw my own vertical line on each milestone.

That requires three different calculations depending on the timeframe...

...unless there is some wildcard reference I can use to tell MT4 to draw a line on the end/beginning of the period whatever the timeframe is.

Is there such a thing?

TIA

  1. Only if you create it.
  2. And they're called “Period separator” and it's weekly on the H4.
