Alert needed

Hi,
First time posting here, sorry if it's in the wrong place.
I'm looking for an indicator that will alert me when a candle closes above/below my line. I need this to be able to happen multiple times throughout the day. So if there is a retrace and then the candle again crosses my line I need another alert.
Does this already exist somewhere as I can't find it?

Simply the experts code is attached. You can fix it according to your needs. You can also do it from the Alert Tab on MT4.
