Means it is reserved as a payment for a service such as cloud usage, jobs, etc. and cannot be withdrawn.

what service is it reserved for? all i been doing is agents to make some money for them using my computer. nothing else.
I mean i withdraw the payment already and got it in my Paypal, But it seems like it didn't update on my account that i did it.
K must take a bit sometimes to update. its back to normal now:)
