Metatrader 5 - CQG unable to place orders
My main question is, "What is AMPMT5Master?" (see cqg-rejected.PNG) I don't know where that username comes from or how to change it, But i think CQG doesn't like it.
Your exhibit B and C can't be seen ?
That seems an AMP issue.

AMP support says 'Login with the correct username"
CQG support says 'Login with the correct username"
I only see one place to login using MT5, I put my username/password exactly as instructed in the live setup email. login works
Maybe from the MetaTrader5 perspective, someone can tell me where to set this 'AMPMT5Master' username.

Multicharts works fine.
MetaTrader5 does not.
Looks like amp and cqg are doing what they're supposed to do.
But it's fine, I'll move on.

Problem:
User (me) is unable to place futures orders from MT5 Windows/Android platforms, both Android mobile and Windows Desktop attempted.
Can the user place orders using a different platform?
Yes, User can place orders using Multicharts and any CQG platform. these orders filled as expected.
Can the user log into MetaTrader5?
Yes, User can log into metatrader 5. User can see account balance, User can see pending orders (From other platforms), User CAN NOT create/modify orders from MetaTrader 5.
Is user logged in as investor?
No, User can see the buy/sell buttons. User can click the buttons, resulting in log exhibit A (See Below)
What does CQG say?
CQG says an incorrect login is being used. See cqg-rejected.PNG
What does AMP say?
Basically, User's balance is three figures (just testing out platforms for now), so AMP assumes User is an idiot (which may be true), and they advise user to switch to micro contracts (User already trading micros...)
