Unable to place order

Can anyone help me out. its just the demo but unable to place an buy or sell order. i thought it was my account not being signed in but it is. not sure whats going on]

Looks like the symbols in the market watch window are greyed out and not tradeable.

Possibly there is another set of symbols with a prefix or suffix that you are allowed to trade.
