Cant download purchased mt4 experts

Hi, i keep getting daft messages like "2021.01.04 16:29:07.006 MQL4 Market: failed connect to www.mql5.com (www.mql5.com:443 failed)"

and "2021.01.04 16:19:48.427 MQL4 Market: failed parsing info about purchasing a product 'Climb O'"

what on earth is going on with this frustrating platform now?!!

I tried on 2 computers (32 bit for MT4, and 64 bit for MT5).

• MT4 can not connect to the Market server.
• MT5 - not a problem at all.

I reported to the service desk with the link to this post #8 (I hope they will be abple to reproduce it for possible fixing for MT4).
No idea about the Signal server connection for MT4 (I can not check it sorry) but I hope that the service desk will check everything related.

I have exactly the same error message. I have purchased indicator and I can't see it the bought tab.

It looks like it is error on their side - I hope they can fix that.

This error is not about purchases in the bought tab (at least - not only about it) - it may be the many reasons why indicator is not in bought tab.
For example, if indicator is not installed in Metatrader so it may be not in bought tab (it is most often reason, and it is not a bug).

I had this error from some terminals locally or VPS last night : "MQL4 Market: failed connect to www.mql5.com (www.mql5.com:443 failed)".

This morning no error. Maybe it has been fixed or the network issue has disappeared.
