I have same problem. all mt4 EA can't be intall to my terminal now.

I have reported this as a problem to MQL5 technicians, so I hope they will fix it soon.
 
I too am experiencing this problem. I was able to add an external EA, but I am unable to even update an owned EA from MQL4. All credentials are correct and in place. I even tried to log out of everything, download a new terminal to be sure MT4 software was current, updated my laptop, logged back into my trading account and to MQL5 account. Nothing. Based on my success with adding an external EA, and the fact that others are experiencing this issue, it seems to be an MT4 problem.
 
I've been informed that the (www.mql5.com:443 failed) issue has been fixed.
