can't download price history: limited by charts settings

hello. I am trying to download EURUSD M5 price data from 2010 till now. It seems that only the prices related to a few months ago are available. as you can see given price starts from 2019.7.19. why?

what is "limited by chatrs settings"?

Change Tools → Options (control+O) → Charts → Max bars in history (or the MT5 equivalent).

Just tried this, worked.

Initially it didn't after changing the max bars, however after closing and reopening mt5, and requested the history once again, it worked.
