Ask your broker about it.
Because the pairs/symbols to trade are proposed by the brokers (some brokers are proposing cryptos to trade, the other brokers - do not).
Use google to find the brokers.

Absolutely, not every MT5 broker supports crypto. Search for "buy Bitcoin online through a regulated broker" for ideas. Good luck!

You could have someone program something for you, or look around the Market section

You can check in symbol window if there is cryptos offered by broker.

There are some Trading tools for crypto on github called tradingtoolcrypto 

It has the ability to get charting data from a lot of crypto exchanges and has tools for running bots and manual trading. 

The brokerage I used for crypto trading closed down unfortunately.
