Should tutor be in Freelance?

I'm not sure whether it's ok to post this here. I couldn't find anything in the freelance area that covered this specifically. I'm looking for a casual tutor of MQL4 paid by the hour/session and scheduled as needed.

I'm interested in reaching out during times when I have a coding task that I can't figure out on my own. Then someone could do walk me through how they would do it and explain the how and why of it. This has always been the best way for me to learn. 

Prices can be negotiated if anyone is interested. 

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this. Freelance only has specific requests like "Build an EA" or "Indicator" etc. I want to hire a tutor.

So if you want help with an indicator then choose that and if it's help with an EA then choose that and write in the work description that you are looking for help.
