Subscription error

Whenever i try to subscribe for a signal i get an error message saying "subscription failed". Help pls

I did all that, but when i click on the subscription it shows subscription failed

Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account in the MT4/5 terminal with your ekeneelegbua username and NOT your email.

Whenever i click on a signal here, it shows subscription not permitted

Your login is ekeneelegbua (not EkeneElegbua as on your image).
And Community tab login should be confirmed in Metatrader journal (sucessful login or not) so you can check it by yourself.

Subscription will be failed in case you are trying to subscribe to free signal using your real trading account, or in case the subscription is not permitted for this signal.
Try to read the subscription procedure once again incl the post #1
