Assuming that Error 0 message is returned from the GetLastError() function then it is not an error, it actually means there is no error. Only the author of the EA is going to know where in the code that is being generated and able to advise on why it is not working. SO I suggest you contact them.

I've been running an EA robot for several weeks on both a Real and a Demo account from the same broker without any issues. I woke up this morning and the EA robot on the Real account stopped working. I've done several attempts to troubleshoot the issue however I'm at a complete loss. I've attached 2 screenshots to show the difference between the working EA (Demo) and the EA that stopped (Real). They both "initialize" but the Real account starts to spit out "Error: 0" and the EA will not place a trade.
Troubleshooting:
1. Restarted PC / MT4 several times.
2. Re-installed the EA
3. Used 3 different PCs (1 desktop, 1 laptop, 1 broker VPS)
4. Tried different time frames
5. Tried changing lot sizes
