Besides, some indicators (or all the information) should be written on log files (Metatrader journal, or VPS journal in case you are using VPS).
You can check the following: discunnections (internet issue), close trades manually, provider made withdarwal/deposit, and more.
readding the logs so you can understand about this issue and fix it (or go to this forum for any advice).
