i been trading for a long time and i was testing a ea and it placed two trades I set the lots to .01 and on both trades it says cannot confirm not enough money insufficient funds so mt4 closed the trades
i dont want to add more money if the broker will not let me trade with a hundred
All has to do with leverage, $10 is enough to open 0.01 orders if you use high 1:500 or more leverage.
If your leverage is lower you need to use a larger account.
I suggest you to use a demo account to familiarize yourself with forex trading and when you feel comfortable move to a small real account.
Always use cent account to try out for beginner with low balance.
