MT4 for Windows 10.

Any way to solve this issue?

I downloaded MT4 setup for my Windows 10 operating laptop. Once install and launch, it is not MT4 that I expected to turn up but only MT5 application.

Furthermore, my broker doesn't support MT5 yet.

Please advice.

you can only get MT4 direct from a broker not metaquotes

Contradictory statement. You did not download MT4.

It has been years since you could download MT4 from Metaquotes. You can only get it from a broker's website.

Hi William,

I did download MT4 from Metatrader4.com. When the click open the MT4 setup, the outcome is Metatrader 5 not Metatrader 4 trading platfrom.

  1. NO! You did not download MT4 (from Metatrader4.com) You clicked on the button and got MT5! What part of “It has been years since you could download MT4 from Metaquotes” is unclear to you?
