Editing a expert advisor per account

Hello, I am running 2 separate accounts on my MT4 with 2 virtual servers, both have different account balances. I was wondering how to edit the settings for lot size per expert advisor, per account. So I have 2 accounts, each on a server. I want to run a .05 lot size on 1 account, and a .15 on the other. 

How do I edit each expert advisor per account specifically. When I try to do it, I the settings pop up the same as the previous selected account.

Do I need the account balances to be the same, if so how do I avoid this to where I can run a small account and a larger account.
