Can I know Concerning about Decompiling MQL4 ?

I read some articles that MQL4 new version cannot decompile but I found some posts they can decompile MQL4.

Is it real or fake?

When did they post? There has been zero proof that any ex4/5 can be decompiled since Build 600+ 2014.02.03

Don't fork over any money until they can prove to you, that they can handle a modern compilation. And if you actually succeed, that will make you a thief.
