Hi All,
I have trawled through many of the previous questions regarding ST issues but so far have been unable to find a solution. So here goes:
1. I can test all indices in June and July except JPN225 which only runs successfully in July for some reason.
2. I have gone to the history centre and I'm up to date with data. I know data isn't the issue with the JPN225 because in visualisation mode I see every candlestick for the whole month of June. The EA simply doesn't create any orders for that month.
3. It's a simple morning breakout EA which does work (triggers every day in July for JPN225, and in June and July for all other indices), and the JPN would trigger 95% of mornings in June.
4. It's not an EA issue as it works perfectly.
4. I can't seem to test any index before mid May. Is it a broker data issue? Do I need to download data from elsewhere?
Any help would be gratefully received.
