After Windows 10 updated, all EA & Indicator purchased from MQL5 don't work.
Check Community tab - it should be filled with your forum login/password (your forum login is riopapa1).
Besides, if it is critical Windows 10 update and if it is related to activations - you can install your products to Metatrader once again but additional activation will be lost.
You can check logs/journal to understand what was happened.
