Screen shot resize to 640*480 without loosing quality

Hi I am trying to upload a screenshot to my expert adviser page but it seems that its loosing quality any advise how to fix it?

If you dont care about loading times ,use a .png format.

The Windows 10 Paint has a decent upto date .png encoder actually .

All you need is an editor (or even metatrader itself - bmp export) if you want overlay semitransparent shapes

thanks for the advise but i try it already it says invalid image size after i made it 640*480 and saved it as an png file

If you right click the file and go to the details tab on your pc what does it say ?

i can see it did not change how come?

yes but i saved it as 640*480 so why it does that how can i fix it?

Metatrader.

Open the chart, right mouse click on the chart and select "Save As Picture", and choose 640x480

How much is it now 641x481 ? are you saving it in the right path ?
