my Host VPS MQl5 have problem when i press Migrate until work server and attach new ea dont work and show me error 

what i do ?

You did not migrate anything (according to your log):
"0 charts, 0 EAs, 0 custom indicators, signal disabled"

Look at post #9 about how to synchronize (we can synchronize open charts with EAs/indicators attached onto it only; if EA/tool is using dll so this EA/tool will not be synchronized).
