This has been many days now and I still cannot contact support. Please advise.
I'm having the same problem. I sent them a simple question on 28th May. I never received a reply. I went to contact them again today, and I found the same message "Please wait for the answer in the existing request. If you have additional questions, ask them right there." So I can't send them a new question, and I can't add to the existing question because it's all disappeared. You'd think that waiting for 6 weeks to get a reply would be long enough... very frustrating.
