"a common mistake"

I have a demo account on Metatrader 4, on iPad. 62741 502 EU 0

I can't carry out the command, "a common mistake" pops up. Does anyone specifically block me from playing the demo ?

Have you tried updating to the last version ?

Up Metatrader  5 or update 4 ?

I think you mean a common error this can happen if your demo expires and you can just make a new account.
