You should find the broker (use google for that; there are a lot of Metatrader brokers), and open real account with broker. After that - you can add fund to your broker's account.

Webterminal is the Metatrader but on webpage.
If you create real/live account with Metatrader broker (use google to find Metatrader brokers as there are a lot of them) and add funds to your broker's account so you can use Metatrader installed on your computer or yoiu can use webterminal (if the broker is allowing you to use webterminal).

This MQL5 website has nothing to do with any funds related to any trading accounts.
