Problem Access and Installing EA

Hello everyone! I've bought just now an ea, but whe i try to log in into my MQL5 Community via MT4 desktop app, the program say "MQL5.community: authorization failed" and "Signal: '3261196': failed get list of signals, connection error". On website mql5.com i log in whitout problem. How can i resolve it?

You have the wrong MQL5 account password, reset it here: https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten

I have been trying to log into my Meta4 account but all I get is error every time. How is it that everybody is having the same problem and there is no string that has the problem as solved? I tried over and over and I havent recieved anything positive as far as logging in is concerned. Can someone please reach out to me ASAP my username is 140345512.

 
i’ve resolved! When login into mt4 app you need to type your username only (and not the email)

Don't confuse your MQL5 account with your forex broker trading account, they are 2 different things.

Your MQL5 account is for login into MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community.

In order to login into your trading account, you need your account number and password from your broker.
