MQL5 signal provider with micro account

Hello Everyone

 I know cents account holder are not allowed to create a signal provider account in Mql5 Signals

Is it possible that i can create a signal provider account with a micro lot account(Where 1 lot=1000)  or any broker that supports lot value of 0.001 as a minimum lot size

All cent/micro accounts are not allowed to be published as paid signals in MQL5.com.
