who would rather >> in an ea provided by a seller on the market, can there be a virus?

I am not a specialist in mql5

I am not a programming specialist

and I did not know that this subject had been treated (in 2014)

If the EA enables (allows) DLL  then the EA has __FULL__ access to your system, which could be misused as virus too.
Same issues apply to any application importing DLL.

someone talked about a virus inside an EA on another forum 

an EA can access kernels and other DLLs so i'm not sure

I only use indis/EAs with code anyway
