Information about Tick

I used a function copytickrange for get information about ticks, i want understand if compare to the last tick, the tick is greater or lower, i got this info related ticks:
2020.04.05 21:01:58.897 Ea_Ticks (EURUSD,M1) 2. 2020.04.03 00:00.791 Ask=1.08595 Bid=1.08552 (Info tick)
2020.04.05 20:59:46.503 Ea_Ticks (EURUSD,M1) 1. 2020.04.03 00:00.919 Ask=1.08581 Bid=1.08553 (Info tick)
in this situation how i can understand if markets go down or upper?

compare (Ask+Bid)/2.0 from the present time to one tick ago
(it gets rid of the artificial spread and you got the raw price)
