Correct; only 1 account of 1 broker in one MT4. Again, what part of "Install multiple copies in multiple directories" was unclear?
your solution is clear but its not solution that was asked for.
Let me give an example
you trade for investors
you have
2 brokers
20 accounts on MT4 installed on 19 VPS servers
5 accounts on MT4 FIX Broker A 1 Multiterminal
3 accounts on MT4 RAW Broker A 1 Multiterminal
2 accounts on MT4 RAW broker B dont have multiterminal
10 accounts on MT4 FIX Broker dont have multiterminal
Multiterminal 1 - you see 5 accounts
Multiterminal 2 - you see 3 accounts
then you have VPS servers for each account ( lets say you have a robot that overload VPS )
So in total you have 2 multiterminals (8 accounts) on 1 server( ok) and 12 accounts on 12 VPS servers, now you need you need to close 1 order on each account as fast as possible - sorry not possible, log in to each server to close orders
and now if you consider that not all accounts are on MT4 =)
So the question is, maybe somene has programmed or knows any program that solves this issue?
for Example 1 program that you can connect many accounts MT4/MT4 and other platforms at ones ?
You log in, see many accounts and their total and separated Equity/Balance and it can show you if any of the accounts has problem and then you know to which VPS server to login and which account to fix
currently just to check if 1 order was executed on all accounts you need to pass through "nine circles of Hell" each order open closure = "nine circles of Hell"
The solution is as William has instructed. Use one MT terminal per account. You can then have each terminal output the data to a FTP server, or if you prefer, run an EA on each one and have it output the necessary data to a common file or to a web service, or something equivalent. That is how MyFXBook did it (via an EA) before they obtained a licensed broker back-end from MetaQuotes.
