Freelance job stuck, no help from arbitration

Hi,

Just wanna get some attention from mql support. If possible to speed up arbitration process. I ordered some stuff to be made on freelance section on 2020.02.09 . Deadline passed after one week and I did not get any word from developer, I asked him few times, and I was ignored. However I can see he is completing other jobs. I guess my order was too hard for him, or maybe he is doing this "inactive" intentionally, with a hope that maybe one day I am gonna forget my order and he will pass with arbitration... who knows. I pressed arbitration on 2020.02.16 . Since then nothing happens. Also I wrote to support on contact page, after some days still no answer.

First I wanted to post in a forum, maybe after some complains here someone will start to do their job. Later I am thinking to ask for Paypal help to get a refund of my deposit if nothing happens. I do not want to cause problems with paypal reporting, and I do not want to get banned from mql, maybe one day I am gonna sell signals here. Would be very very nice if someone with a power to make things happen would push things in my favor. Thanks!
