Many days have passed and the order is not automatically considered complete and I have not received the funds. So I contacted the Service Desk, who recommended opening arbitration there. And I did that. It has been 40 days since the delivery of the work, 23 days since the request for arbitration and so far no response.
What should happen now? Should anyone go in there to analyze the situation? A moderator perhaps? Is there anything I can do or should I just wait?
