Hello Sergey,
some of my users are unable to install their purchased products an get the error code 500 (download failed)
They use the latest IE versions and their Windows systems are up to date so it's definitely no user related issue.
Please address that to your MQL Market admin contacts.

Hello Daniel, it seems that there is a general problem about MQL5 Market products download/installation.
I've had quite a few complains in the forum about it.
I am sure that Sergey will forward this to the appropriate MQL5 officials and it will be resolved soon.
I am having Mql5 Market installation/download problems as well.

I have the exact same problem! The product failed to be downloaded ....
Also, when I Click install, it appears Insallation is failed ...
same problem here
