MQL5 Storage - cannot access

Hi,

I can log in the community with my browser without any problem, but I cannot activate the MQL5 storage. I tried MetaEditor by enabling the storage and tried https://storage.mql5.io with the same credential as the one used to log in the community. Basically the credential is not accepted, ie, activation of MQL5 storage failed [500] on the editor and cannot pass the login screen on the browser.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. I tried it again, but I still cannot activate it. Logging in the community with a browser is perfectly fine. https://storage.mql5.io/ does not allow me to pass the authentication either.

It may be something wrong with your password (use this link to get new password https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten), or you are using the last build of MT4 or MT5, or you do not have Internet Explorer to be installed on your computer .. it may be for many reasons ..

Me too.  The result is still unable to activate Storage

Just tried and it works normally. Something wrong on your side.

I got this issue too. Able to login to Community but can't login to https://storage.mql5.io/ and unable to commit/update from Storage.

This is what i did to fix the issue:

Password reset > logged out myself from metatrader > closed and then reopen metatrader > login to metatrader using the new password

Then i can commit/update from Storage and also login to  https://storage.mql5.io/.

Not sure whether it worth pointing it out, my old password contain special characters, and my new password only contain number and alphabetical characters. 

Hopefully this helps anyone that encounter this issue in future.
