Problem with installing indicator

Hello,

I would need a little help. I have purchased signal on MQL5 website but I am not able to install it in my MT5 platform. When I login into MQL5 community I do not see purchased signal, it just offers me to buy it again via platform. Any suggestion what might be an issue?

Another question is if there is a way how to connect MT5 platform with my profile on MQL5 website.

The general idea may be the following:

1. Go to your profile (https://www.mql5.com/en/users/4064582) to see the signals you subscribed and the product you bought.

2. After that - fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login/pass

3, Login to your trading account (the trading account you subscribed to the signal with)

4. Go to search in Metatrader to find the signal you subscribed and the product you bought.

You can use search on the top right corner of any page of the forum for example.

As to finding the signal (any signal) by name in the Metatrader so you can use Metatrader's search feature as well, for example:

Thank you for your advice. However, problem is that when I put the same login and password in community tab as I have in MQL5 profile the login is not executed. Just one more correction. I did not buy signal but INDICATOR. I am sorry for confusion.

There is no way that your MQL5 username and password doesn't login in MT4/5 platform.
