Signal not copying

Hey, I am subscribed to a signal and was working fine for a few weeks and then the signal stopped copying to my account. It shows that I am still subscribed but wont allow me to select the signal from my meta trader station. Under the signals area it says"not connected, select from the signals database" and then I don't seem to be able to select the signal that I am still currently subscribed to.

1. Check Community tab in Metatrader (it should b filled with your forum login/pass).
2. Check your subscription in your profile - are you sure that your subscription did not finish?
3. Check all the subscription procedure just in case you missed something:

Hey Sergey, thanks for the reply. Have got it linked up again now so should start copying again when markets open. 

The problem seemed to be my login to MQL5 on the community tab, which I did try entering about 10 times previously and it didn't seem to recognise my account but has now accepted my login in. Wierd, not sure why that would happen.
