This problem is because of the few reasons:
- official reason - look at the post #248 with announcements;
- your bank reason,
- their bank reason,
- any other unknown reason.
You can write to the service desk.
Has anyone come across challenges of topping up MQL5 Services? Deduction has already been done from my end using my Card but not reflecting on my account. I have written to MQL5 but they haven't responded.

I wanted to order an EA on the site by credit card payment. Unfortunately, I ran into a problem. I enter my credit card information and the site no longer allows me. All information is accepted, but when I enter my credit card number the field will be red. I tried both Mastercard and Visa. I've tried several cards but won't let me. I live in Hungary, here is my credit card. I tried a UK credit card, but it also declines.
There used to be a PayPal payment option. I can't find it now.
