if I want close 100 orders in 1 second, EA can do it?

You can perform OrderClose with EA faster, but all depends on broker response time. I saw couple seconds duration for opening/closing trade on a stock broker.

I've read this can only be done with async mode of MT5 (OrderSendAsync)

But you must clarify with your broker if this is hyperactivity.
