Hello. Can anyone tell me how to define  to open a order on a certain prise. it has to be a sell order if the price hit´s it from above and ofc a buy if it hits it belove :)?

Yeah ofc. but how do you define so that, if that current price is below the certain level and goes up´s and hit´s it it well be a buy order. and if the current price is above the level and goes down and hit´s it. It well be a sell order?

Please be clear about what you want. What does ofc mean?

You asked how to define something and I answered. The definition of a stop order is as you described.
