Just wondering if member's contact form would get a face lift.

Telegram, Whatsapp, WeChat might replace some "old,dead neverused" entry fields....

Google+:

Your page address in the Google+ social network.
For example: https://plus.google.com/u/0/1234567890123456789

Twitter:

Specify your Twitter name. For example: @metaquotes, metaquotes or twitter.com/metaquotes

LinkedIn:

Link to your profile in the LinkedIn social network.
You can copy it from the Public Profile field on your page.

VKontakte:

Your user name or your page address in the VKontakte social network.
For example: http://www.vk.com/1234567890123

Skype:

Specify your Skype login so that other users can contact you.

Google Talk:

Your Google account login. For example: [e-mail]

Yahoo!:

Specify your yahoo login. For examle: [e-mail]

ICQ:

Your ICQ number

MSN:

You miss the point, how to change / to remove e.g. Google+ and change it to whatsapp ?

Delete google+ and press Save (in the end of the page).
As to Whatsapp so there is no fiend for it.
As to yahoo so I am using it.

how to remove "dead, not used" contacts field and change it to new services, e.g. like Telegram, etc.

We can not remove or create new field (at least - I do not know about it anything).
We can use already existing field (or we can decide not to use some fields).
