Re-Activation?

Hello,

Hope everyone is doing well.

Does anyone know why I might have to re-activate downloaded (Paid for) EA's every time I restart my PC? I am running out of activations and still have months left on my rental period?

Using Windows 10 and IG Trading Meta Trader desktop client.

If you install the product so you do not need to re-activate in case you are on same Windows OS and with same computer (except some Windows 10 updates for example).

This sounds like a local computer software problem.

If you keep the same MT4/5 platform instance and you are logged into your MQL5 community account, you wouldn't need to install your MQL5 purchases every time you restart your PC.
