Problem with trading by expert on another account

I bought an expert from MQL5 market,
I loaded it to my account and my friend's account.
Expert is trading in my account correctly but it's not trading in my friend's account at all.
Help me, plz.
If you buy a market product from MQL5 it will only work on your computer. You can't share it unless you use another activation.

I used another activation and the expert loaded successfully, there isn't any error in journal tab on metatrader, but it doesn't trade on my friend's account.
I put his account on my computer, but the expert still isn't trading on my friend's account.
Check if it's allowed to auto trade on the trading server/instrument.
Yes, I did all of the steps for installing and activating expert on my friend's account correctly like my account, but the expert isn't trading on my friend's account.
Is there any limitation for using MQL5's experts on another person's account?
