No but you could load the wav file into an edited and increase or decrease the amplitude and then overwrite the file.

Usually its possible to adjust the volume for each application so then you only have to click the loudspeaker icon next to the clock and then choose mixer to see all applications and their volumes.

Function, as in the lower left corner Ctrl, Fn, Window, Alt.

On a lot of keyboards, the F1 … F12 keys have two options. Function key and extra: control volume (F1=off/F2=lower/F3=higher) play(F4=rewind/F5=play/F6=forward) Display (F11=dimmer/F12=brighter.)
