Automatic validation during EA market adding process

Hi ladies and gents. 

I want to add an EA to the market. I've done all steps, the last one do not let me through - automatic validation. When I submit all data, and EA especially, for the 'human' validation, the system says that my EA does any order on the test data, so I have to improve it. 
The problem is even the automatic validation is right - the EA does any order in the tester, the EA work just fine. EA needs to have one condition specified by user - to be written in the parameters by hand. Therefore there is no possibility for the EA to work in the tester just like that. 
How can I miss the automatic validation process and sent it for a 'human' validation?

Many programs have many input parameters, this can not be the problem.
