I'd like to get the exact amount they will charge and after talking to my broker about it I formulated it as follows:

Bid(1.12260) * (Lot(0.44)*100,000 = 44,000) = 49,394.4 * (2.00 * 100 / 100,000 = 0.002) = 98.788 / 100 = 0.98788

The commission would later be rounded up from 0.98788 to 0.99.
