EA is not running with mql5 vps server.
EA with/calling/etc dll can not be run on MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5.
So, first of all - you can check VPS log files (because everything is written there): Virtual Platform Logs
Besides, make sure you provided the synchronization. If you are not sure - do synchronization once again (and check VPS log file about possibe errors and so on).
