The EA I rented 2 days ago is not accessible

I have done everything requested for accessing the EA after I paid $25 dollars to rent it. Looks like this is a MQL site issue because there is nothing left to do on my end.

If you really rented or bought any tool from the Market so you can look at your profile to find it.
Besides, you can install it on your Metatrader for testing or trading.

Hello, I tried that already and I just called my bank to reverse the charges on my card for this product since I'm not able to access the product as described. 

Maybe at a later date, I will try again because this is the only software that I'm interested in purchasing from your site.
