setup a trade alert when signal provider places a trade ?

i would like to set up an alert to my email or by sms to notify when the signal provider has entered a trade.

when setting up with the signal provider a box was shown that gave option to setup, it was called the options box thru tools on mt4.  it shows a couple options for what might work to send notice that a trade is place.,  one is the "notifications" and next to it is "Email"   i have set up both of them and also have the mt4 app downloaded on my android.

above is a discussion on notifications. I have enabled Push Notifications and Notify of trade transactions in the options box.

will that send notifications to the message box in mt4 on the android ?  i do have the mt4 app installed on the android. 

i am not sure where those notifications show up.  I would prefer an email alert, and have enabled the email alert box on the Tools/options box.

not sure why they request the email SMTP password. i left that out. everything else such as SMTP server i believe is correct. 

so will i receive email when a trade is entered ? 

Has anyone found a way to set this up directly on the android app to message with audible sound and/or text message ?

These will be sent to the mobile trading terminals either on Android or IOS, given that this is logged on to the (trading) account that has the signal subscription.
