Customers can't leave review on the product

Hello!

Some user write me message that he can't leave a review on my free product. Who can help me with this problem?

For free tools , i think , he/she must be logged in -(in mql community with same username and password in the MT4 MarketTab where there is a link on the right for connecting to mql5) - in the MT4 the tool is downloaded at.
Then upon refresh on the website , they will see the "AddReview" button.

To Login in MT4 :

1. Open MT4
2. Click on Market Tab (if not visible enable view of Terminal through menu "View")
3. On the right there is a "Register MQL5 Account" Link.
4. Click it and on the new screen select "If you already have an account login"
5. Enter Username and Password

When you leave a review, your profile information is publicly displayed in the seller's reviews. You can leave a review once your order is marked as delivered or on the estimated delivery date. You have 100 days from when the order was delivered or the estimated delivery date to leave your review.
